I can't imagine that more than 1% of people don't know how to fill out a bubble. Remember how much the left hates standardized testing (because it tests reading, writing and math and they take class time away from teaching BS liberal indoctrination). Standardized testing teaches people how to fill out bubbles. Anyone who is under 60 has taken these tests.

In Louisiana, by the time you graduate, you have taken standardized tests in 4th, 8th, and at least 6 tests in high school. You have also taken the ACT and the WorkKeys test. You have also drilled for each of those at least 5 times.
If you can't fill out a bubble, then your vote shouldn't count.
