I'm skeptical. SolarWinds has the capability of capturing all of this network traffic but that doesn't mean that they do this 100% of the time for all companies. And Dominion / Frankfurt operatives would have to be particularly stupid to record evidence of their committing the single greatest felonious act of all time.

Guise, you're really gonna not want to look at this info right here. I'm a bit of techie myself and I can say with full certainty, don't look here. Just stop looking at this data right here. I'm an expert. So no need to look at it. I did and I can tell you, don't look.

Hey man, I'm fucking down for the cause, I just don't want to get my hopes up either. It's okay to expect the worst and hope for the best, we don't want to fracture our ranks the like the left does because some people worry out loud. Sometimes people just want assurance from their friends.

They have SIEM tool idk why they would deleted it but I guess they will be able to tell based on the lack of data. Also government requires you to keep logs for two years and store in off location. Not sure why they would not have logs when that is part of RMF requirements and someone would have to identify the risks and sign off accepting it.

They have to do a yearly audit I believe. At the end of the day who ever signs off on it is held responsible. From my understanding they submit these packages in a portal. Also there are owners and when risks come up they have to submit a memo identifying impact. So who is the ISSM for this government program/contract? Basically they could go to jail. How I understand government Risk Management Framework.

I don’t think anyone was expecting this hack tho.. so it would have been far fetched before for us to get access to this information without a court order (good luck on that lol) so we shall see
