Not a smoke screen. Kentucky did not join the Texas lawsuit McConnell wants Trump out. Senate will not vote for Trump electors either. Only path is to disqualify the Biden electors before Pence opens the elector votes. I am not a doomer; this is the reality.
I totally agree! The republicans are just as bad. Trump needs to do something fast because the narrative is slipping away and public opinion is huge. McConnell was on board originally and so were many others. They are all jumping ship
McConnell only gave us judges. See how that turned out? Many Trump judges threw out the election suits. There is no secret plan that includes McConnell. He's a swamp creature. He's more worried about losing GA. Trump will only win through undeniable evidence and PRESSURE on McConnell.
I'm done with the Republican Party. I had no faith in Courts doing anything. But these Republican state legislatures could have absolutely done something to prevent these fraudulent Biden electors. The last choice for Trump was to issue an EO to remain in control due to election fraud, but our Republican leaders are clearly indicating they won't support it. McConnell just wants his precious title and to say got do-nothing judges in the Courts.
