I think they programmed it to “not read” a certain percentage of Trump votes which caused them to need to be adjudicated. They set it up to have such large numbers of votes needing to be adjudicated that the person just split the votes down the middle, this gives the adjudicator the ability to have plausible deniability. The person can simply state 10,000 votes malfunctioned which i could not possibly count in enough time therefore 50 50 to each candidate. When the steal was they were programmed to purposely malfunction on 90 percent Trump votes....
