This is so true. But it's the same in high-minority, high-poverty parts of the US. The brightest kids go to college and leave their communities for good. Nothing to do there to pay off that fat college loan. The community is worse off for it because that's one less smart kid to raise other smart kids in the community's traditional value system. We need to MAGAA.
