Yeah I wanted to do the same. But I was with a group that wanted to watch. By the end they all said they should have listened to me. One of the worst movies I’ve watched in a while
I'd like to see Mel make a new "Falling Down" type movie where he plays the role of a Trump-supporting patriot who is pushed over the edge by the censorship, corruption, and injustice. Trump actually reminds me of Braveheart in the fact that he wanted to lead the charge for America and mistakenly trusted people who betrayed him along the way. Unfortunately, there are times when we must be willing to sacrifice everything for FREEDOM.
I loved The Hunt!! I rented it just to say I had actually seen it due to the controversy and then went back and bought it. It takes about a third of the way through the movie to get to the main character and her storyline, although you do see her briefly early on. The story of, "The Jackrabbit always wins" is a perfect metaphor for Trumps victory and how the left reacted. Lots of great lines and laugh out loud moments. Yes it is EXTREMELY violent, like Sam Peckinpah on steroids' in places. The female lead absolutely nails her part, and and very easy on the eyes. Hilary Swank is an awesome baddie. I highly recommend this movie.
Apocalypto is one of the most amazing movies I have ever seen.
I'll put it on the list - easy to do since like 90% of all TV is propaganda now.
The Hunt was so bad I had to turn it off after 5 minutes, I was by myself and I was still embarrassed that I was watching it.
I watched it all the way through and it's not a movie I would watch again. Very forgettable movie.

There is some campy stuff up front - but it gets so much better!

Uh...Fatman seems a little dark for a Christmas 🎄 movie (just watched trailer 😳).
Yes - but then again, not this year.
