- Has to have a rep and senator contest election ( he has at least one of each) but then it goes to a floor vote and he loses, or maybe it splits house no, senate yes ( but this relies onnpeople voting for him and not flaking out ( huge risk)
- Drop so much evidence of fraud, election interference ( foreign and domestic) that biden concedes.
