According to at will, they can fire you for no reason, yes. But if you have a good work history and suddenly they fire you after repeated threats that you have to take this vaccination that the CEO of the company won't even take ... they might think twice.

I work for a Catholic hospital system and they are not forcing it on anyone. They rolled them out today as well. In fact, fat fuck Pritzker is downstairs talking about it as we speak. I can smell is his fucking stench from my office. Anyways, a lot of hospitals are saying it to save face while also banking in the big bucks off the whole scam. The hospital I work for has over 50k employees and they just gave every single full-timer a 3% merit increase. After a year of Covid. What a fucking joke.

I work for a hospital system. They sent an anonymous survey last week asking who would be interested in volunteering for the first round of vaccines. Everyone in my small department declined, and every other employee I’ve been able to openly speak with has declined also. Today we get an email from the CEO stating “over 80% of you have responded that you would want the vaccine.” All of us smell the BS a mile away.
