He claims he is not taking it because he does not want to skip the line for essential workers.

But if he wants to gain public trust and prove his product is not dangerous, he should have been first in line.

Something stinks, and I don't like it.

Can an employer mandate the vaccine? Seems like a good case for a lawsuit if so.

According to at will, they can fire you for no reason, yes. But if you have a good work history and suddenly they fire you after repeated threats that you have to take this vaccination that the CEO of the company won't even take ... they might think twice.
