Is the endgame of the Electoral College that 4-6 states can conspire to rig their elections with no federal remedy and thus control the Executive?

Here's another way to get elected:

  1. Control all the full-time bureaucrats who actually count the votes.
  2. Have an army of people to collect/print ballots and deliver them.
  3. Control the software on the electronic voting machines.
  4. Control the governors and election officials, who buy the defective voting machine software and look the other way for fraud.
  5. Control the judges, who refuse to hear cases regarding election fraud.
  6. Have an army of thugs who will riot on demand, so politicians and judges can say "they're doing the right thing to keep the peace".
  7. Control the DAs, who refuse to prosecute the thugs when they hurt people or destroy property.
  8. Control the media, who cover up your crimes by refusing to report on it.

  1. Act like everything you're doing is above-board and normal and put constant pressure on your opponent to concede.
