In 1876, three States sent dual Slates of Electors.But in 1877, the Electoral College Act was passed. Do not believe dual Slates are now possible.
The only official Electors sent to Congress will be those that have the seal of the Governor. The State Legislatures of PA, GA, AZ, have worked with the Governor and certified the Election and appointed the Electors.
As Trump attorney Miller said, these "alternate Electors" only come into play
IF the Courts overturn the State election. That is very very unlikely. And Trump needs three of these States to flip.
