Do you know how the recount was done? I don't. Who does?
“I consider it completely unimportant who in the party will vote, or how; but what is extraordinarily important is this — who will count the votes, and how.” - Stalin
Which States did "hand" recounts? The States that tended to have Governors who seem compromised. Who oversaw the recount? The Governors.
Here's something to consider. Say 200,000 votes were adjudicated on. That means the machine couldn't tell what the paper indicated so they picked for the person by curing or adjudicating the ballot. When you do a hand recount, do you think they readjudicated all 200,000 ballots? Or do you think they simply recounted exactly what the adjudicated totals were? So if the vote swapping for example happened by way of adjudication and ever time a machine switched a vote it added 1 to the adjudicated total, when they did a "hand recount", they would entirely miss the swapping because they'd recount the "adjudicated" totals to be exactly the same as they were prior to the recount.
Were the recounts manual? Unless the algorithm has some type of randomization scheme, you will get the same results for the same number of ballots with the same R/D vote distribution.
I honestly don't know if the recounts thus far were by hand, or just tabulated the same way as the election with the same voting machines...
Well if you read the report apparently the issue happened with adjudicated ballots. I've been thinking about this too. Like what happens with ballots that were adjudicated doing a hand recount. For example if someone changes the vote on a adjudicated ballot how does that show up during a hand count?
If you brought in suitecases with 50,000 votes in them pre-marked for Biden you have a paper trail. Once those get mixed into the normal batches you have fraud.
One reason the people in places like Atlanta State Farm arena or wherever conspired to 'secretly' scan all those ballots was because they needed to try and establish that paper backup. The Dominion people/programs altered the votes tallied, but they needed to establish a paper backup for just this reason.
Trump was getting more votes than their pre-programmed scam could handle, so they had to stop counting, rework the programs 'cheat' codes, then put in enough paper ballots to seem to square the deal.
We caught all of it, trouble is we STILL don't seem to have enough honest DoJ or government/media to do anything with the evidences.
Georgia recount admitted they were just going to report the Election Day numbers, not the recount numbers. It's like the IRS telling you to just audit yourself.

Exactly. The "hand recount" in Georgia was not entirely done by hand. Some counties did, including mine. And they found more votes for Trump.
Where has anyone done a full hand recount?

Why do you think they have fought so hard to keep anybody from doing an actual audit.

Shredding trucks for the real ballots are helpful, too. Just ask Georgia.

Insurrection Act it is, then.

Not a shill/doomer. Legit can't connect dots.
Paper balots are fake, they madecthe totals on the compuer fit what they wanted, printed and then shredded the originals
