What I do not understand is if he is claiming this changes existing votes, or if it adds imaginary votes at a established ratio. I understand the claim Trump's votes are floored to branches, but I do not understand the top level accusation... that is, say a district is getting 1000 real votes. Is Solomon claiming the 1000 get reassigned? Or that fake votes are getting added to get Trump to the new %, so you ended up with 1500 votes (1000 real, 500 fake)?
I believe he is showing that these statistical impossibilities can not be the product of actual voting and so they can only be explained by the machines being programmed to spew out a predetermined result. machines can only do what they have been programmed to do. Dominion machines irrefutably are designed such that they can be programmed to alter the inputs in a predetermined way. Once the huge injection of fake ballots went in and flipped Biden into the win column, all votes tallied by the machines after that delivered a consistent 50.5% to Biden and 49.5% to POTUS Trump, to ensure no additional giant dumps were needed and that the end result would not change.
I get the overall idea, perhaps better than most. I understand he is saying that if a 'siezed' district has, say, 471 total votes his claim is that it gets assigned to a branch of the wheel and the 471 votes are set to an exact Trump % based on the spoke of the wheel, then floored to that branch, then the rest to Biden with a small set to 3rd party.
What I do not get is if he is saying the District actually got 471 votes and these are all flipped, or if all these 471 votes are pure fake, or where the 'balancing the wheel' comes into play.

Precinct A has 100 voters in it.
10 exact votes are added at 10pm, 2am, 3am, 5am, 7am, 9am
6 votes are for Biden, 4 are for trump.. all six times
This "10% of total voters" number of votes, and this 60% of votes for Biden, happens at the same exact time, six times, in 20 different precincts. The same exact pattern repeated again and again and again..
Disclaimer: I just made up the percentages and times. But I believe this is the gist of the post.
This is the fundamental question for me too. If there are paper ballots and paper printouts, then the final counts from the machine using this fraudulent algorithm need to match those paper artifacts in the event of a recount or audit. So when the machine shifts votes from candidate to candidate in specific ratios in the majestic manner described, somewhere at the end someone needs to physically inject and remove ballots so everything balances. Is that what we're alleging here?
I'm even okay with paper ballots not matching. There are ways around that if you have access to the ballot storing room.
But Solomon never seems to clearly state the top level accusation. I understand he claims to witness many districts reporting results floored to the ratio of a specific wheel branch (based on total votes and a wheel divided into 2500 parts or so)... but he never seems to explain what this does at the top level.
The lack of a straightforward explanation of the overall system makes me discount it all.
Say a state is supposed to get 1,000,000 votes. 60% Trump, 40% Biden.
The algorithm will leave most votes untouched. Say, 700,000. It will only mess with 300,000. It will pick a bunch of different fixed ratios from a wheel divided into 2500 or so parts... 7/64, 1/3, 11/43, etc. It will divide the 300k votes into those various different ratios in a way that ensures those 300k votes give enough to Biden to flip the overall vote when added to the natural 700k votes.
The reassigned votes will then be set out as updates to various districts, usually low vote districts. He talks about someone there possibly even stuffing the box to make it work?
He believes you can effectively see this happen because the odd ratios seem to jump from district to district as the algorithm divys up each ratio. So, for example, say of the 300k, 10k get put to a 7 to 64 ratio. Those 10k get salted to 10 different districts at the established ratio. The mistake he claims they made is not hiding this better - he claims you can actually see the 7 to 64 ratio hop from district to district until all 10k are added.
So the 300k altered votes all get forced to a bunch of different ratios, then distributed from district to district. From another video, he also claims this can be seen because Trump's votes consistently hit a ratio (based on total votes in district) that can be found on his wheel divided into his 2500 or so parts (and only that many parts.. 2431 or something like that).
I think I get his idea. Don't know if it holds up to scrutiny though.
I think his method is iron clad. He uses the Edison data, etc. His videos are so long. But if you can get through them attentively he describes and actually shows his process and the method used.

Good question. They had to be either the made up mail-in BS, or adjudicated ballots.
