The algorithm will leave most votes untouched. Say, 700,000. It will only mess with 300,000. It will pick a bunch of different fixed ratios from a wheel divided into 2500 or so parts... 7/64, 1/3, 11/43, etc. It will divide the 300k votes into those various different ratios in a way that ensures those 300k votes give enough to Biden to flip the overall vote when added to the natural 700k votes.
The reassigned votes will then be set out as updates to various districts, usually low vote districts. He talks about someone there possibly even stuffing the box to make it work?
He believes you can effectively see this happen because the odd ratios seem to jump from district to district as the algorithm divys up each ratio. So, for example, say of the 300k, 10k get put to a 7 to 64 ratio. Those 10k get salted to 10 different districts at the established ratio. The mistake he claims they made is not hiding this better - he claims you can actually see the 7 to 64 ratio hop from district to district until all 10k are added.
So the 300k altered votes all get forced to a bunch of different ratios, then distributed from district to district. From another video, he also claims this can be seen because Trump's votes consistently hit a ratio (based on total votes in district) that can be found on his wheel divided into his 2500 or so parts (and only that many parts.. 2431 or something like that).
I think I get his idea. Don't know if it holds up to scrutiny though.
I think his method is iron clad. He uses the Edison data, etc. His videos are so long. But if you can get through them attentively he describes and actually shows his process and the method used.
