Of course it does, there is only one difference between them - how classes are defined

Communism: those with passive income vs those without, nationality / ethnicity is irrelevant

Nazi: Ethnicity is important, ways of achieving income is irrelevant

Communism: Rich German, Bad. Rich Jew, Bad. Poor German, Good. Poor Jew, God

Nazi: Germans are good, rich or poor. Jews are bad, rich and poor
