You've got his whole series of ethnic studies still to go!
Race & Culture
Migrations & Culture
Conquests & Culture
Ethnic America
Preferential Policies
Very useful when Burn Loot Murder is on the march.
I see you've got Discrimination & Disparities; these ones are basically those ideas applied to the whole world. The first four have tons of history, the last is more focused on policy. (And is much shorter. Sometimes the guy just knows too damn much.)
His theoretical magnum opus, if you have a theoretical brain, is Knowledge & Decisions. There's also a very readable outline of Marxist theory from when he had the 'fro and wore the black turtleneck lol.
Basic Economics is the flagship, but it’s a long read. Black Rednecks & White Liberals is very interesting. The Quest for Cosmic Justice is short and sweet so it’s probably a good one to launch from. If you haven’t already I would start by watching some of his interviews and debates on ScrewTube or Rumble first. He is just fascinating to listen to, and his debates from the 70’s and 80’s will both satisfy and infuriate you, because it’s the same stupid arguments and misconceptions that continue to swirl around to this day, even though he has already eviscerated the arguments from the left. Just like Friedman did lol
He, like many, is not thrilled by some of Trumps flaws, but he is a big picture guy and a realist, so he is very supportive of the good Trump has done. I put him in the same boat as Victor Davis Hanson. Good men, and certainly not saboteurs in any meaningful sense.
Read Intellectuals and Society. That one is a restatement of a lot of his work, but relates past ideas with respect to the lack of consequences faced by the intelligentsia. Love that man
Make its reading a requirement for seniors to graduate college too and you’d instantly save countless souls. We will call it, “Saving Souls with Sowell”
It’s nothing like an Econ textbook, it’s more of a guide to how to think properly about the subject as a whole. It highlights aspects of economics that largely go ignored and helps to debunk myths and twisted concepts. It’s actually a very fun read!
He is a national treasure.

Sowell deserves a constellation named after him.
Thanks for the outline!
I’ve never been happier to have such a deluge of content to pour through

If you haven’t already, read his memoir, “A Personal Odyssey.” Super inspiring.
I’ll definitely add it to my collection! Thanks!
Pretty sure he hates Trump as much as he hates Obama.. But I enjoy Sowell

Try The Economics of Politics and Race Sowell is very understandable and underrated by MSEducation
“Basic”
“Book is the size of the lord of the rings trilogy”
super easy read though. Probably one of my favorite books in terms of approachable concepts.
Awesome
Economics isn't exactly a small topic.
Oh I know I just found it funny
Don't be fooled by big ole socialist titties...

It’s on my list! Thanks pede
Naming my son after him
I've only read Black Rednecks and White Liberals, and Charter Schools and Their Enemies. I enjoyed them both immensely.
Read Visions of the Anointed and then me if Black Rednecks and White Liberlas is your favorite Dr. Sowell’s book.
I’ve added it to my list! Thank you!
Welcome.
His "Einstein Syndrome" book saved my sanity as a parent. 😎
Sowell is possibly the greatest American of his generation.
Couldn’t agree more!
Basic economics should be a mandatory read for high schoolers.

How “Basic” is Basic Economics? I just got done with the semester and don’t want to do too much thinking
