Yes the constitution is a very simple document, but we've all seen how liberals like to parse words to make things to their advantage. They've taken simple words in the constitution like "general welfare" and justified trillions in government spending and removal of rights, just by taking those two simple words out of context.
Basically Democracy is a majority rules type of system vs a Republic where the majority AND the minority gets a say.
It's why they want to get rid of the electoral college system, it's because it gives EVERYONE a say in our elections and they don't like that. Going by just the popular vote gives ONLY the MAJORITY a say which means states like Cali and NY and others would have an extremely huge say in the elections which means we would be full of communists for decades, lol like we haven't anyway but they wouldn't have to cheat to achieve this.
The founding fathers knew this and adjusted the system accordingly, they all HATED Democracy. It's a one mob rules all, it's why when we used to invade the middle east to institute "democracy", "do what we say, this is who you're going to elect and you will like it".
Trump fighting the fraud is a prime example of our REPUBLIC system allowing him to do this.

Citizens can write a bill. At least that's how I was taught, I've never tried it.
In a democracy, everything is voted on by the crowd. Majority wins in all cases. Two wolves and a sheep voting for what’s for dinner.
In a republic, we vote for representatives who should run the government according to the wishes of their constituents, and are removed if they fail.
We need to get better at that last part though.
The removal part takes waaaaaaay too long. People like Newsome and Cuomo should have been removed months ago.
