All very good except there is no legal basis for another election for POTUS. (Other Offices, maybe; I agree it would be a good idea)

The only legal remedy is to throw out the popular vote entirely, and have State legislators vote for electors as the US Constitution provides, or determine what an honest vote count would have been. I live in WI and I can tell you, in this State that's not possible.
