It’s kind of insane. I remember the first time I went and checked this. I thought well surely if they’re not spending it directly it must by going out in the form of grants. The answer is a resounding no on that one outside a few very small programs. Make that $10Bn function as an endowment for the black community and take the $500M+ that was offered by POTUS for small business development in opportunity zones. It’s not complicated and I regret that all the black Trump Supporters know that this is the case but because of their communities are not able to access clear solutions like this.

In many states, if a 3rd party pays your bail, YOU get to keep the money when you show up for trial. I.e., punch a Trump supporter, get arrested, $10k bail. BLM pays your bail.
