Another interesting loophole:

In many states, if a 3rd party pays your bail, YOU get to keep the money when you show up for trial. I.e., punch a Trump supporter, get arrested, $10k bail. BLM pays your bail. When you show up for trial, you get to keep the $10k! It doesn't go back to BLM unless you make a charitable donation of the money back!
