What if Kamala does resign her seat? Does that mean she won? Whether she resigns or not is entirely irrelevant.

When she resigns, and doesn't win, she doesn't get to go back and be a senator. As she hasn't, does suggest they are not as sure of the outcome as they are pretending to be.

Its a pretty good indicator of her level of confidence and a prod to MAKE her resign the seat - we want the two-fer of a 2nd Trump term AND a resigned Kamaltoe seat.

I didn't fact check it, but someone else said that Biden himself didn't resign from the Senate until January 15, 2009.

If that's true, then what Kamela does right now isn't a signal of anything.

She becomes a civilian and is subject to military arrest under Martial Law, if and when GEOTUS enacts Rex 84 (which he should, long overdue).

He can do so with Joe the Criminal Pervert, except that would push Kameltoe to becoming the Dermocrat nominee, making all electoral votes meant for the now-detained Biden go to her, giving her the win. With both out of Congress, now you can target them both.

While Vandallingham (sp?) was a sitting Congressman, Lincoln even knew it would look a bit hard. Make this more like when Japanese-Americans, none of whom held any political office, being detained under an FDR executive order.
