Cali Pede here. Does this mean my Governor's lockdown is unconstitutional? A month or 2 ago a judge ruled my Governor's edicts were all unconstitutional & banned him from making any more. But he just locked us down again. Anyone know how he's getting away with this?
Hell yes, these lockdowns are unconstitutional in all 50 states and always have been.
Newsom gets away with it because big corporations are largely controlled by China now and corporations do whatever China wants. Then Newsom does whatever the corporations want.
You'll notice it's only small business that's being destroyed by these lockdowns. Big biz is raking in trainloads of cash every hour.
yeah because that did such great wonders against frau gretchen in michighan, huh? she just ignored all court orders and nobody does a fucking thing against her. all the state officials and state police just bow to frau gretchen instead of abiding by the michigan supreme court and other courts.
