This is why assimilation of immigrants is so important. I think immigration if done properly is a net benefit. When I say done properly it means, they can come in and work but if they become a public charge the deportation order follows shortly thereafter, they will not be eligible for citizenship until 18 years after admittance. Children of people that don’t have citizenship do not gain citizenship just because they are born here. 18 year/public charge rule for them too.
Some immigrant groups don’t want to assimilate;we can pay some of these people money to leave America.those who accept will leave and never come back except as a visitor while those who reject this can stay back.
I’m just making the point if an immigrant is unwilling to assimilate they wouldn’t meet the requirements I set forth in an earlier post. I agree they should be deported.

Even assimilation won’t save us.we have to voluntary remove some immigrants.America immigration pre 1965 and post 1990s are so different.
Well if the immigrants that you say need to be removed can assimilate why would they need to be removed?
