I don’t ever post this stuff but please send prayers for my cousin. He caught coronavirus a few days ago and is extremely sick now. He’s been hospitalized and put on a ventilator. He can’t breathe. Please pray for his health and well being. Amen

Try to get them off the vent to a non invasive vent/cpap like machine.

Longer on a vent harder to get off.

And ECMO.

Their blood is unable to oxygenate their body right now so a vent is pointless. They need their blood oxygenated with ECMO.

ECMO is how you survive pedes.

Yeah. My beat friends mom runs ecmo machine at a cinci hospital. Def preferable to intubation by leafblower.

i have been informed his condition has improved with the vent and he'll be off of it soon as his O2 levels are nearing normal. Doctors are aware of the vents drawbacks and using it sparingly.
