15 min in the sun without suntan lotion is all you need.
Right now, it's 13 degrees, blowing 20 knots, 8" of snow on the ground, and overcast. 15 minutes in the sun is going to get me frostbite and hypothermia, not vitamin D. And this isn't even Minnesota.
