I don’t ever post this stuff but please send prayers for my cousin. He caught coronavirus a few days ago and is extremely sick now. He’s been hospitalized and put on a ventilator. He can’t breathe. Please pray for his health and well being. Amen

Make sure it is not synthetic ascorbic acid vitamin C, and real whole food vitamin D too! 😀

Honestly probably does more than if you are taking any synthetic supplements!! toss em they are literally worthless and are processed differently in the body than the whole food chelates
