Of course you raise good points, but we all have limited time to internalize and react to these realities and formulate a game plan. Thus, I think it's important we all recognize our goal and aim toward it together, or in other words, FALL IN LINE. Find a way somehow. I experience worries too, but over the years fighting this fucking fight I'm learning how to delay the onset via the 72 hour rule and by keeping my memory fresh on things that may not necessarily be in the forefront right now.
You make it clear that there is a balance to be struck. I will keep that in mind. I was called a Qtard earlier for talking about the EO. I don't even follow Q.... I just read the actual real life orders that are on the white house website lol.
Step 1: Create the 2018 EO... Step 2: Create a classified plan of attack to execute the executive order in the 30 days after it was signed Step 3: After the election, the DNI has 45 days to investigate and submit a report to President Trump detailing any and all foreign interference. Step 4: Once the report is received, Trump has ANOTHER 45 days to follow the plan that was created in Step 2 in order to deal with all of the foreign interference.
To our knowledge, we are still at step 3. The report isn't due until the 18th. But according to the EO, Trump still has 45 days AFTER that report to deal with everything. Which means this whole thing could be as late as February 1st before the classified plan is finished being worked through.
All of this info is in the EO that Trump signed. I read it 3-4 times to make sure I understood everything.

If it's Representatives' and Senators' opinions that need to be affected then it can be as late as January 5th, but I'd prefer sooner. Also, the later it goes, the bigger the bomb has to be.
Perhaps there might be a constitutional theory that the election can be changed after Congress counts the Electoral votes and agrees on a new POTUS/VPOTUS? The more weird the "plan" gets, the bigger the bomb has to be to make it work.

Depending on how extreme Trump wants to get, he could have members of either house of Congress arrested between the end of the current session and the next -- at that time they are not members, and the privileges clause of the Constitution arguably won't apply.
