They like to be in the minority. They get lots of donor money to not take any action at all, their handlers allow them to get on the soap box and talk real tough because they know they won't do anything to stop any of it, so basically they just act as controlled opposition
i think it is a risk that the rinos are willing to take just so they can go back to being fat lazy politicians suckling at the taxpayers tit again

The real voters they need to be re-elected is voter fraud. They don't care about real voters anymore. Anyone who does will be "voted" out.
