One state one vote comes into play if neither candidate receives 270 from what I read. Double electors sent is handled by a vote on Jan 6th. Im pretty sure the law says if they can't agree on which slate to accept then the ones sent by the legislative branch of the state are chosen. I could have misunderstood the last part could be certified by the state but its confusing because one law says they must be selected by the state legislators 🙈

I would not say, McConnell was great at picking judges, just yet.

(At least for me) the jury is still out for ACB & Kavanaugh.

Read the above law re counting the electoral votes. In part it allows for objections to a states submitted electoral votes.
