At this point there are a few quibbling over evidence compared to proof, but most seem to be trolls just trying to rile people up. Not sure if anyone honestly thinks there isn't any evidence unless they're low information normies, just that they don't care because orange man bad and no successful fraud cases.

I am no expert on the law. That said, from what I have read - should Trump enact his EO's and the Insurrection Act - particularly on the issue of a fraudulent election corrupted by provable foreign interference - Biden will never be President
Literally trillions in foreign and domestic assets will be frozen. The active participants in the media will be arrested. Every corrupted politician tainted with certain foreign monies will be forced to step down, or dragged out of office, every level.
Make no bones about it - the Courts and Legislatures are powerless to stop Trump, once he pulls the trigger. To the average person they've seen four years of the media destroying Trump and even Fox news didnt capatilize on Trump kicking ass as much as the drama around him.
It's tough to stay motivated even when you are following the less talked about news. I'd imagine if I was an old conservative outside of a conservative stronghold it would be extremely easy to give up after seeing the shit on the news and liberals around you.

And that's not even true. They rejected the Texas suit on procedural grounds only and other cases are still making their way through the courts. Since seven states nominated two slates of electors, Trump can easily still win on January 6th if the courts rule in his favor before then.

There is, they rejected the case not on grounds but on standing. The problem though is I think only Alito and Thomas disputed it. It's possible ACB and Kavanaugh want nothing to do with it.
I don't think they need to be loyal as that would be contradicting the point of the judiciary, but fuck me if they can't see the merits and aren't willing to take the case.
