I'm voting to maximize MAGA for life. Whatever that means.

If voting means anything in the future

Socialism:

Vote your way into it (or not, in this case)

Shoot your way out

Never trusted McConnell. I left the GOP before Trump because of him and the other RINOs.

ENVYNITAZ [S] 20 points ago +20 / -0

Yeah, I think I'll go back to being Independent, unless WE start a Populist Party under President Trump during or after his 2nd Term . . .

11
Nolalady 11 points ago +11 / -0

Exactly. I only switched back to GOP to vote for Trump in the primaries.

ENVYNITAZ [S] 8 points ago +8 / -0

Swamp, and he probably knows this is last term, so he just wants a comfortable ride to the end.

4
PEPEpeepee 4 points ago +4 / -0

I left the GOP first time they fucked Ron Paul over

2
Drawdraw45 2 points ago +2 / -0

I became disillusioned with the Republican party somewhere around 2010/2011.

"... which makes it seem like they are anti Trump."

seem?

AllTheWayTrump 16 points ago +16 / -0

They don't have to vote it down. That's why it's called a fucking vote.

I am going back to independent when I move. Unless I am lucky enough to find a few like minded people where I am going so we can co-opt the local GOP, and that may well happen.

3
MAGA_mantis 3 points ago +4 / -1

Any independent candidate that gets elected will be treated like trump. If your vote even gets counted.

5
sgt_richard 5 points ago +5 / -0

" If your vote even gets counted."

That goes for any candidate, no just independents.

1
Serioussurfaholic 1 point ago +1 / -0

I didn't say a damned thing about independent candidates at all. They never get anywhere, and likely never will. Ross Perot is the closest thing we had to an "independent" candidate unless you count Reagan and I don't as Reagan had been in politics a while.

If I could have my way, when the dust settles people who actually have MAGA goals will be in charge of the GOP since it is far easier and more cost effective/efficient to co-opt an existing party than to start a new one. That is why the commies co-opted the dems. Commies may b e many things but they are not stupid.

And we would have serious election reform at state and federal level so we can actually elect people who serve our interests.

1
MAGA_mantis 1 point ago +1 / -0

Uh read your first sentence, you said independent.

1
Serioussurfaholic 1 point ago +1 / -0

I said I am going back to being registered independent. I don't run for offices, but when I see a candidate I want in office then I get behind them. And if I find enough decent MAGA people where I am going I will stay republican and get involved with them.

1
MAGA_mantis 1 point ago +1 / -0

If the maga people stick together for the next ten years, all 80 million of us can fuck up the swamp rinos for good. A third party can happen.

1
Serioussurfaholic 1 point ago +1 / -0

A third party may be possible, ten years from now. Right now we are in deep shit, in a war that entered a new phase November 3rd. They are going for all the marbles. Not surprising, since they have been working towards this for a long time. Longer than I have been alive, and I am old.

But when you are pressed for time, it is more time efficient and cost effective to co-opt an existing party than to build a new one from the ground up. When we had our tea party rebellion here, the biggest mistake was kicking it off too early and not closing all the doors on the establishment GOP, or boxing in the ones we had to keep so they couldn't do significant damage.

I do have hope the GOP where I am headed is more MAGA inclined, and if it is I will keep my R and get to work right away. That situation is best examined in person though, at meetings where you can judge the dynamic and see how things operate from the inside.

1
MAGA_mantis 1 point ago +1 / -0

The commies need to flushed out at every level, every election. City, county so on. And voter id and back to paper. And wake up the fuckin zombies watching fake news. God dammit we are behind.

Register as democrat and support the most radical candidates out there. No one red pills better than AOC

1
Serioussurfaholic 1 point ago +1 / -0

Hell no, if I went D I would vote the most middle of the road D I could find in primaries, then switch to I or R to vote in the general and vote against them. I'm not inclined to help the left go even more left, they are already bad enough and have been for decades.

1
4more 1 point ago +1 / -0

Seems like the only way to split the left. The extreme shit they propose is also repugnant to moderate libs

2
Serioussurfaholic 2 points ago +2 / -0

Well until we get serious election reform and get rid of all this damned mail in shit and electronic shit, we are screwed regardless. I wouldn't be surprised if AOC got in with voter fraud, and I know damned well Omar probably did, and Tlaib. You can only rig the system so many ways, and when the ultimate rigging is in the county recorders' offices and SoS, you have an issue.

Elderpede here, copy that Patriot!

2
Fuchtard 2 points ago +2 / -0

Mitch explain why you have to vote it down.

2
NotTheTendies 2 points ago +2 / -0

Without this, there will never be a true vote again. There is zero reason to give in at any stage unless you are a coward or an enemy. We are past the party lines now. It's either save the nation, or the nation falls. McConnell was always a snake in a turtle shell. He did Trumps bidding to pretend he was on his side, and Trump milked him for everything he could to make use of a traitor. Trump knew he was a traitor, but still got him his 3 justices and lots of judges. But none of that matters if Trump is not president in 2021. I trust in Trump. He's had the details the whole time. Patience is surely a virtue.

They're right. We should bot be objecting to the election results.

The results were that Donald Trump won by a lot, and that the Democrats had to fabricate fake votes to cheat but they got caught.
