Technically Biden didn’t resign his senate seat until January 15th when he was Vice President. No one knew why either. Interesting this is playing out again.

Mike Pence didn't give his up until mid January either..... but none of that will stop people from continuing to spout this shit as if it means something

Al Gore, Dan Quayle and Lyndon Johnson all gave up their Senate seats in early January, just before the new Congresses were sworn in. Walter Mondale and Hubert Humphrey gave up theirs in late December. Yes it doesn’t mean anything, it is only different than Obama who resigned November 13th. The point I was making is there were a lot of questions as to why Biden would wait so long, EVEN WAS SWORN IN TO HIS SENATE SEAT before he resigned. Now we know why he waited, it was because he was corrupt AF and wanted to remain unprotected for the minimum amount of time that he could. I anticipate Harris will do the same, which is why I said it was interesting this was playing out again.

interesting fact, must have something to do with a blood sacrifice to a full moon. Looking it up... he resigned 5 days after the Full Moon and 5 days before he became Vice President. I think are on to something.

The answer is in the 20th Amendment, Section 1 clause 2. Do the math figure out what the composition of the senate will be at noon on Jan 3 if heals up doesn't resign.

Assuming they did actually win, why would she give up her seat faster than both Mike Pence and Joe Biden did when they were in the same position?

Both Joe Biden and Mike Pence gave their seats up in mid January......
