-Down-votes push your high-energy patriot comments down in rank, potentially hiding them from readers.
-Spam down-votes can demoralize some people, sapping their energy.
-Down-votes can turn a reader's question about your comment into an outright rejection of your comment, by creating artificial consensus (like Dominion Voting).
What can we do about it? You can join the Updoot Alliance, where every member will provide to you 1 upvote for every down-vote you receive on a comment that is obviously a MAGA PATRIOT comment. Just like you would check "NEW" or "HOT", as part of the alliance, you'll also check the members' comments page, skim through their comments, and provide updoots for any downvote you see on MAGA PATRIOT comments. Bonus: more TDW content for you! Also, watch the member's comments for comments titled, "UPDOOT ALLIANCE MEETING". You can use this yourself to add new members, to find out about new members and to ask questions (such as why am I not gettin' all muh updoots!?). Starting out, expect to get some extra down-votes as trolls attempt to discourage participation. We will, however, QUICKLY over-take them, forcing them to work MUCH harder along the way. Also, expect to see five to ten extra upvotes right away on all of your down-voted comments.

If you can add bookmarks on your device's browser, this is easy. Just say something here like "I agree to participate". Then, save this submission as a bookmark. Every time you log onto TDW, go to all of the accounts here who have said, "I agree to participate", and upvote every new MAGA comment they've made, especially if they have a down-vote troll down-voting everything. If you want, you can make a bookmark for each member's account. Watch for comments on member accounts titled, "UPDOOT ALLIANCE MEETING", because that's how we'll add new members in the future, or ask questions. Lastly, receive a ton of upvotes on your own comments from us! That's it!
