Just let them followup with a lawsuit. OAN is probably salivating at the idea of initiating discovery with them.

Im so confused, so are they agreeing that election was rigged, and that they just have in issue with their company being named as one of the actors?

Its a PR move to get ahead of the narrative. They're just saying "I din do nuffin" until they have to prove it. Staying quiet, avoiding speaking opportunities, abandoning office spaces, and deleting social media presences wasnt working for them

Would you please explain what the process is, and what it might yield? I'm not familiar.

Yep. They plan to drag it out then quietly drop the lawsuits next month.

Buahaha, oh that's grand! Yes, let's let them bring a lawsuit. It'll lead to some fun discoveries, i think!

They didn't rig anything. They merely made a tool that allows rigging.

We don't blame gun companies ... do we?

Rigging an election is criminal, if not seditious. Shooting someone with a gun isn't necessarily criminal. It depends who's getting shot and why.

Dominion execs were on the ground in many locations during the election, assisting with the counting process. They illegally modified the gun and handed it over to the perps.

That's Dominion.

Smartmatic is a tunable counter. Its default settings is: honest. Its election day settings is what is suspect.

The difference is intent. You don't sell a tool meant for rigging unless you intend for it to be used for rigging. There are no legal applications of that.

Exactly. Guns are made for killing. Cheating machines are made for cheating

There are legal and illegal applications for killing. There aren't any legal applications of rigging vote counts.

CCP payment just cleared to Smartmatic to pay off any judge involved in this case.

So certain they are that Biden will win. That timing is more than a little obvious.

Ah yes, Fredo Cuomo must be behind this one.

Watching crooks swim against the current is fun

Mtnlion667 3 points ago +3 / -0

I hope they follow through. Discovery will be fantastic

PapaPepe 3 points ago +3 / -0

It took them a month and a half and only on the same day that Dominion decided to talk. Yep, this is the new dem strategy for a few weeks.

“Smartmatic writes strongly-worded letter with zero intent to follow-up.” Sounds like a hot bit of news. Okayyy

Guys they stole the fucking election.... do you seriously think discovery is going to go as planned? They’ve been burning and shredding for a month now, nothing left which is why they are planting their legal feet. We aren’t in control of the government or we would have arrested heir board and everyone involved on the 3rd.

"Oscar Wilde initiated a prosecution case against the Marquis of Queensberry for criminal libel but abandoned the case when evidence incriminating himself made defeat certain. It was a humiliating reversal and led to his own prosecution."
