I have always believed that RINOs and never trumpers were really “placeholders” for the Democrats. Label yourself as a GOP but hold the line for democrat votes/policies. That makes people on the right feel that they have representatives on the right, but people who never uphold conservative values. How better for the left to infiltrate the GOP with wolves in sheep’s clothing to make it appear the GOP is represented. I remember seeing the conservative review website who graded GOP members of Congress as to how they voted conservative. A great many of OUR representatives were graded “F” because they never voted conservatively! These spineless GOP members are really leftists in GOP clothing! I’m convinced! I’m amazed at all the GOP and TDW languishing that most of the GOP are literally sitting on their hands and not fighting! DUH! Can you say “Georgia Governor Kemp?” McConnell etc

The two party system created decades of legal moats protecting them from outside challenger. Our system makes it functionally impossible for third party systems to win out. Too many levers available to rig the outcomes to lock any third party out of any functional power.
What the leftists have done in the Democrat party is example of how to take over a party from within. Show up at every single mundane meeting, confrontational, pushing behind your reach. This burns out and frustrates people over time and slowly takes ground. It's a long slow process but looks effective.

Look I'm all for kicking RINOs out, but I don't think splitting the voter base for us is the best idea.
Because our votes would be split between 2 sets of candidates, but liberals would still just vote blue. I would much rather have MAGA types run and replace RINOs as much as possible.

If Trump orders the military to oversee a redo election for all seats, I wonder how well this new arty would do? Or would the shear number of RINOs being arrested for corruption make it easy to primary all RINOs before a redo?

While I dig the energy forming a 3rd party needs to wait. If the Democrat party melts down and fractures (which they have been showing signs of for years), that would be a better time. If the GOP fractures before that happens, that is pure advantage to the left.
