He said the following interesting things*, among others:

  1. If ballots are scanned multiple times, the number of votes will not equal the number of voters and the board of canvassers should be able to catch this. (!!!)
  2. Dominion provides voting machines but does not run the elections nor perform testing on machines after the election.
  3. Voting machines are not connected to the internet.
  4. Each voting machine is connected to LAN using an RJ45.
  5. Election officials are responsible for not connecting machines to internet.
  6. Each machine has a particular modem that prevents it from being connected to internet.
  7. All paper ballots are available and Michigan should validate Dominion results based on the paper ballots.
  8. Fractional voting is not a feature and any claims made online are fake “PowerPoint” screenshots.
  9. Adjudication happens at absentee counting locations, not the polling place.
  10. Antrim County report is “biased” and “false.”
  11. “Hackable” voting machines seen in online videos are from the early 2000s before there were government regulations.
  12. He will provide feedback from two Dominion employees (not Melissa Carone) about what they say at TCF Center in Detroit.
  13. The FEC has to approve all Dominion software before it goes on a machine.
  14. Antrim County had the wrong software.
  15. No Swiss bank paid the company that owns Dominion.
  16. He only trusts affidavits that have been accepted by a judge.

*Mostly lies, lies, lies.

Chair Ed McBroom said more subpoenas of other people will follow.

  1. Dominion does not use Smartmatic Software and is not associated with them at all.
  2. Dominion does not use Solarwind software.
  3. Ranked choice voting is a module available in other states, but not available at all in Michigan.
  4. Only absentee ballots need to be adjudicated.

I have no idea why his lawyer allowed him to testify. But glad he did.

The number one question I wanted answered was WHERE IS ERIC COOMER???

17.) That's a lie. Smartmatic is a derivative of Dominion. They both use the same base code. That's been proven and there's even a fucking GitHub that was maintained by Dominion PROVING THAT.

18.) That's a lie. It was on their website. It's not really a big deal, but that's still an objective lie.

19.) Oh, so IT IS AVAILABLE. As a setting? A 'feature'? Something you can turn off and on? And why is it available at all? 1 vote = 1 vote. It doesn't matter where you are in the United States. Good job throwing other states into question though. I thought it wasn't built into the machines at all?

20.) WHY? THAT'S THE PROBLEM. How does the machine know what's a mail in and what's not? Oh, it doesn't? We have to tell the machine it is? Okay. Oh, you can manually alter adjudicated ballots? Wow. And we're adjudicating ballots for all mail ins. And there's nothing wrong with that?

This guy needs to get a fucking lawyer. Like last month.

I can do this all fucking day.

Right. I wasn’t saying these are truths. I was just documenting additional things this guy stated for the record. Things that should be relatively easy to refute. His lawyer should have said STFU. Instead, he let him talk for two hours.

Still want to know, WHERE IS COOMER?

1.) Unless they're manually adjudicated. Which they were. All mail ins were set to be manually adjudicated on the Dominion Report. The logs of the counts were also wiped. The logs previous to 11/2 are there, but nothing after. Why would you delete everything after 11/2 but not before unless there was fuckery involved?

2.) That's a lie. They have Dominion reps in the building during election day and Dominion reps have the ability to remote into the machines for 'tech support' if they need to. This was confirmed by multiple affidavits.

3.) That's a lie. There is data captured by the commander of the 305th that shows those machines were online. There are multiple affidavits that clearly state they saw those machines connected via ethernet to a router/switch.

4.) An ethernet cable. See 3.

5.) Then why have the functionality built in if you didn't want them to use it and why say they're not connected to the internet when they have the ability to connect to the internet?

6.) No they don't. That's a lie. Those machines don't have 'modems'. They have a NIC and NIC's don't care. They'll accept connections and route connections out and are enabled by default.

7.) So let's see every single paper ballot. Every single one. Then, lets look at them to make sure they're on the up and up. Then let's run them through the machines again and then compare the original count and the new one. Why is this guy talking about ballots if they don't deal with that? Haha.

8.) That's a fucking bold faced lie. This has been proven with math and statistics by analyzing the data. Also, why would that man, who's a retired intelligence officer, doctor a photo? He's not only risking his business and reputation, but his freedom since that'd be perjury. Also, why isn't Dominion filing a cease and desist and libel suit? This one actually pisses me off because the lie is just so blatant.

9.) That's also a lie. There's video proof that they're adjudicated in the same place. And how would they have the adjudicating machine in the same place as the tabulators when they ran forensics? This is just ... why lie about this?

10.) PROVE IT THEN. Because they backed up their claims with DATA from Dominions OWN MACHINES. File a lawsuit against them for slander and defamation if they really are false. Because that report hurts Dominion financially.

11.) That's a lie. And even if it wasn't, those machines still have debug ports. Try again, faggot.

12.) Oh, so Dominion WAS in the building then? Good job contradicting 2.

13.) Yeah. They do. Wonder why there were a couple of 'hot patches' that had to be installed days before the election. Really makes you think, huh?

14.) Then that would VOID OUT THE ELECTION RESULTS AND CONFIRM THOSE MACHINES ARE FAULTY NULLIFYING EVERY OTHER DEFENSE YOU HAVE. They had two different revisions they were using. So which one is wrong? Why did a DOMINION employee install the wrong revision? Shouldn't a Dominion CERTIFIED engineer be handling that? What about the other machines in other counties? Why is it the wrong version? How about turning over the source code for those revisions for inspection?

15.) Then you don't have a problem handing over your financials, do you?

16.) Affidavits ARE legally binding statements. Judges don't 'accept' affidavits. They stand on their own.

This guy is a fucking joke. Was he there because he had to be? Like, was he subpoenaed? Why didn't he come forward earlier? Why hasn't he filed lawsuits for defamation? Why would he refuse to go to PA and testify? Why would his employee's delete all Dominion reference from LinkedIn? Why vacate their offices? Why did all of his employee's get lawyers?

I don't understand these legislatures. I destroyed his entire defense in 10 minutes. TEN MINUTES. But they can't seem to use critical thinking or call him out. This isn't even overtly technical shit.

Oh, other questions. If this was local to Anterim County, which the CEO says it is, why has Nevada, over 1000 miles away, found the same rate of error? Why has Arizona, over a 1000 miles away found the same rate of error? Is Anterim County in bed with Nevada and Arizona to besmirch the good name of Dominion Voting? Are they in a GASP CONSPIRACY TO TAKE DOWN DOMINION GASP.

This guy needs to be investigated. He's clearly full of shit. It's rare to see someone lie so consistently and consistently bad. He should pack his fucking bags and get out of the country. Because there's going to be a hammer coming down on this dude.
