I agree and I think he will do exactly that if it is 100% certain that the election process has failed. He will win, but he's trying to win while also positioning himself in the best position going forward.
We know of 2 hard dates as far as I'm aware. 45 days after the election is when the report on foreign election interference is due. That would be like December 17 or 18? Basically this week. However, we have no reason to think that this report will be made public any time soon.
The other date is Jan. 6th when the electoral votes are sent to congress to be counted. This is my personal cut off date for when peaceful methods have failed. If we wait until Jan. 20th to act then we have waited too long. The last thing we want is to try and take back our country by force when Biden has control of the military.
Also, if the unredacted EO-mandated will be released to the American public, I expect that to happen before 1/6 so we can petition our Congress. And we are entitled to see that complete report without redactions.
