I heard Illinois had a massive vote dump of 500k votes at 3:30AM. Biden didn't win IL by much. So I think this person's post is fake.
I lived in Chicago for 20 years and still travel there at least once per month. It's sad what that city has turned into.
I've lived here for 8. One image that sticks in my head was near Archer and Central there was an American flag hanging on a little metal pole attached to a huge light pole by the street. The little metal pole fell out of its mounting and tore through the fabric of the flag while the flag itself got tangled onto the mounting and was keeping itself and the metal pole off the ground. It was a convoluted mess to describe, and I remember thinking that sorry little image was an abridged version of the entire country.
Sad, but poignant point. The flag (Trump) seems to be the only thing holding this little pole (Republic) from falling onto the ground, when it should have been the other way around...
I'd say the only thing holding it together is Almighty God. He was gracious enough to give us Trump instead of Hitlery. And I think He's also gracious enough to give us Trump again, instead of Creepy Joe.

I am in Illinois and worked as a DEMOCRAT poll technician ( tried to sign up as republican but was denied so changed to dem and voila- that should be proof enough) but I digress. The visitors to our locations were heavily Trump, as is most of Chicago. Outside Shitcago, the state is red as Missouri!

You don't jump to extraordinary measures until after Ordinary Measures have been taken. When your ENTIRE platform for your re-election having occurred is "We followed the law, they broke the law," you do not immediately go "BLAUUUUGH!!!! REMOVE CIVILIAN LAW AND INSTITUTE MARTIAL LAW!!!!!!" You follow the procedures, as outlined by... the... LAW. If and When that fails, THEN you use the Contingencies. That's why they're Contingencies. Because they are Contingent upon the failing of the normal peacetime system.
