You misunderstand. She's clearly guilty as sin. But when you're talking about a legal context, she's legally innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. That IS the way the law is set up, and as rightfully pissed as we are about the uneven application of law to target conservatives, it's still the best legal system I know... if we can find a way to enforce impartiality.
