My understanding is, that he has to (or can) certify the electoral college votes. I he does, that’s it and on to the inauguration we go, but what happens if he doesn’t? Also am I correct in believing, that pence vote is not just relevant in a tie scenario?

He counts them. In 1960 votes were 'certified' before a pending legal challenge was resolved, resulting in another set of electors voting, and VP Nixon counted the 2nd set. A similar thing happened in 1876.

If any states votes get dispooooooted they end up arguing over it for 2 hours for a majority, if no majority it gets thrown to the house and it goes to a vote 1 state 1 vote and Trump has more states (currently 30-20)

But thats why all this RINO shit is bothering

Pence should just seat everyone 100 feet away, give them binoculars to obseve, then run the votes through a Dominion tabulatar (weighted for Trump this time) Immediately declare an extra 138,000 Trump votes turned up at 4am declare Trump the winner and immediately classify the results and get a court injunction to seal them for 50 year

I mean if the Dums can do it
