I don't think he will do it as his first move as he could face an immediate impeachment and removal from RINOs for "abuse of power". He would have to correct at least one or two states before so the media as well as the establishment GOP no longer have a way of refuting his claim of voter fraud. He would use it as a way of speeding up the process but not to trigger the process.
