This is bullshit - at least sending from an iPhone to an Android using the Google Messages app. I just tested it - and received thedonald.win no problems.

The censoring always starts with test subjects. Plus, carrier, software version and other things come into play. I don't know the veracity of the claims, but think harder before you type next time.
