Dems have already stated they will go after Trump for crimes (imaginary of course). Dems have also said they will go after the Constitution (2nd Amendment, and 1st Amendment via Hate Speech Laws). Dems have also said they will go after ALL OF US (AOC has openly stated this along with stuff like the Trump Accountability Project and its supporters).
