It’s rigged everywhere for when they need it. They needed it in the swing states this time. If they needed West Virginia it would have gone blue. They do want to cheat as little as possible for obvious reasons.

Then you never gain ground. That's what the Republicans want, to be comfortably in second place in both houses, able to grift in peace. Republicans are so uncomfortable when they have all the power. They sit on their hands or self-sabotage until they lose power, and then "whew", that's better, back to our comfort zone. Voting won't fix this country now.
