Trump needs to do for Republicans in Congress what he did for each state legislature, but do all states in one session. My guess is that most Senators and Congresspersons didn't watch the hearings. If Trump's legal team puts in all in one place they will all be convinced. If you have to, place the videos from all of the hearings. Whatever it takes.
This doesn't have to be a formal Congressional hearing. Just set it up someplace.
