It is like a religion declaring the heretic is the one who asks questions of something entirely questionable.
The Constitution is clear. The current President is still Trump. The reality is it is an uphill battle to pull this off and somehow the propaganda has convinced millions that it's the other way around.
We will win in the end. And we all don't even need to "hold the line" or "make phone calls" or any of that. We don't actually have to do anything but just watch.

The best they can do is beg other people to fight for them. "Please fight for me!!" doesn't work if you are asking people who don't believe in what you do. National Guard and Military will have to decide if they want to fight for Trump or the Dems. Hint: It will be Trump. Trump wouldn't even think of doing anything in the first place if he didn't have them on his side already. Military also likely to announce that they've been monitoring the election and that it was fraudulent on the 18th.

Trump would concede if he didn't have the Military on his side. That much should be obvious. If Trump escalates, it mean he does have them on his side. If he concedes, it means he doesn't have them on his side.
If the Military generals saw the evidence of the cheating, which is due to be reported on the 18th, they have full justification for being on his side, which they are ideologically likely to be already since Trump chooses the top of the Pentagon. No one is going to fight them. It doesn't matter if Biden designates the US Military as a terrorist organization. People will side with the US Military. It will be an easy war, and almost entirely bloodless.

Your wife probably just has hype fatigue. There has been a lot of overinflated statements and then the crowds response to that hasn't always been measured, especially when it comes to things that appear beneficial to Trump supporters.
Krakens were to be released that would tear everything asunder. Q whispered of hushed prophecies that some people do their best "A Beautiful Mind" impression over in connecting dots and summarize their findings with a "BOOM!" or "Buckle Up!" that amounts to nothing. Whereas the real world legal stuff plays out a lot more clumsily than the swift killing blow many expect when one makes statements like "We caught them all!".
It can be hard to retain motivation through all that. At the end of the day, if Trump is still going tell her to keep the faith in that. It doesn't end until he does. :)
Married to me, I dunno how. That's my point in this whole post. The idea that someone like my wife, married to the most optimistic and plugged in guy on the planet would come to that conclusion. It just tells me the propaganda works is all. It's a bit scary really. I've laid out how exactly Trump would win over a month ago now, and nothing has disturbed that process. And yet here we are and people are calling for a civil war. It's strange.

There can be sobering moments where it seems real world dates are coming up and all that comes from our side is remixed versions of keep the faith. There will come a point for many where they may start to question if that faith is blind.

Eh, the vaccine is likely legit. Personally, I'd wait for others to shoot it up, but it's probably a good vaccine. There was some real biotech waiting in the wings before COVID even to smash the common cold, and a lot of red tape stopping it because the cold medicine companies would take a huge hit if we actually cured the cold.
the mRNA approach is a game changer. It could basically do away with the sniffles for good. And that is what Project Warp-speed targeted. Y'all are in the crosshairs of a Pharma battle now. The way the vaccine works is to tag specific mRNA proteins for the body to target with antibodies. And that will take out a giant swathe of illnesses. A good thing.

A rather visceral situation you brought up, but yes, it's hard to know how hard you will fight until the fighting comes to you. I was in the Navy on a fast attack sub, an LA boat. And after 911, I was in the Army, part of a special forces battalion bound for Iraq.
I can't say much for the Army. They trained me, made me fire thousands of rounds down range at Ft Knox.

Well, I've never been one to shirk from responsibility. It's all of the civilians that seem to think someone else can make decisions for them, is what we are dealing with. I don't get that.
Personally I am physically worn out from the ups and downs. November 3 was huge moment in my year and the rest of this shit has been all negative emotions like betrayal, desire for blood revenge, etc. I would be relieved to get in a fight over politics in real life rather than listen to more horseshit about how we won but all the crooks, conmen, and communists will walk away with the country.

As one of those tired wives, I want to suggest that it may not only be the propaganda. I haven't touched most news networks in years. I won't even bother listening to those "news breaks" on the radio.
I'm caught between two worlds: family members who have given up entirely and tuned out, and a web forum that used to be a morale booster but is increasingly rabidly jumping to shame anyone who has doubts. I apparently cannot support Trump and everything he is doing (including in actions and not just words) unless I also believe him to be some fairy godmother who will magically make all the problems go away in just two more weeks .... (TM) At this point, all answers lead to a divided country that most now believe to be a sham. I feel more isolated now than with the arbitrary lock downs.
All I ask is that you be gentle with your wife. Fear is an emotion that is intended to prepare us for danger. We live in interesting times. Let's not pretend we don't. Don't try to tell her everything is okay. It's not. If a miracle occurs? Great. Until then, it may be a good idea to try and get her involved. Is there a rally? Can she donate? Is there any place to participate? You get the idea.

Went through the same thing in 2016. I absolutely hate Killary and loved everything about Trump. But I didn’t vote because I was under the mindset that he could never win, because all the presidents are already pre-decided so it doesn’t even matter.
Election night I watched the news and saw Trump was leading. Naw, it wouldn’t last long... Killary will win because it’s all rigged anyways. Went to sleep. Woke up the next morning and HOLY SHIT HE DID IT. His win opened my eyes more than ever, and since then I’ve learned never to doubt GEOTUS!
