I dont understand why people dont just game the system like this. Restaurants can be movie sets. Gyms can be retail stores by putting price tags on the equipment and say they are a members only retail store like Costco. There is always a way around tyrants.
And they should all carry a Bible and pray every hour, and call themselves a church. Churches hold services in all kinds of places.
