i had to get a chest x-ray recently because of chest pain. Turns out wearing a mask has caused lung issues. Doc said to limit wearing and now i have no more pain. Masks are dangerous and lead to further, more severe complications .
"Ok, but, ummmm, see we knew the cases were getting bad. See how it's going up? So we required masks to slow the growth. Yeah. I mean, imagine how bad it would have been if we hadn't required masks. Trust the science, but only when I explain it to you."
On the contrary, it would seem that the masks made it worse from gleaning that data. Obviously correlation doesn't necessarily mean causation, but that looks like people were putting petri dish culturing devices on their face.
I agree masks shouldn’t be mandated but this graph proves nothing. It’s BS, please don’t share it. The counter argument to this is how do you know Covid cases wouldn’t have been 50x the highest point on this graph had masks not been in place.
I suggest comparing CA mask mandate vs. case rates to FL’s no mandate and case rate, normalized for population density. I think that is a data graph floating around.
