its so nice the Schools shut down all the Business so no one had to work so they could stay home to play with their kids...but still get paid...oh no? thats just Teachers?
Teacher here. You right. Little to no notice that they need to find childcare because the school wants to shut down for a day. Sounds cute and nice, but I don’t envy the single parents who need to go to work that day.

They have had off how long too ? They can still afford a Free snowday though, my state legally requires a certain number of days in school.
