You have too much faith in the Senate Republicans with a vote.

The House and Senate will divide for two hours (at least) to debate, then vote. The vote will be per Senator with the Vice President being the deciding vote if needed in the Senate, while the vote in the House will be only be ONE vote per delegation, per state, not per House member!!! The Republicans have 30 delegation votes compared to the Democrats 20 delegation votes.

I honestly thought the House did a straight vote when deciding on an objection to a states electoral votes. I'll take the trained constitutional lawyer's word for it though.

I think in this case, the biggest hurdle would be the senate. On Jan 6, we won't have the 2 senators from GA (the runoff is on Jan 5 and any newly elected senators won't be seated yet, even if Stacey Abrams is done pulling ballots out of her ass).

So that puts the senate at 50-48 (Pence makes it 51-48). Count on losing Romney no matter what. Now we're at 50-49. There better be some slam dunk evidence of not just fraud (we already have that), but foreign (CCP) interference and hopefully more dirt on Biden, because you know McConnell is not inclined to support Trump.

So, yea, I really hope this is Plan Z.
